FAINA und AURIS KU sind zwei junge Wiener Schmucklabels. FAINA von Faina Willenig verbindet strahlende Materialästhetik mit ungewohntem Tragekomfort. Durch das Verwenden von federleichten Werkstoffen aus der Spitzentechnologie entstehen elegante Unikate mit formbewußter Nähe zu Kunst und Popkultur. AURIS KU von Nadine-Auris Kunisch, mit Fokus auf Kleinserie in verschiedenen Formaten und Materialien, ist modern, minimalistisch und Alltagstauglich. Beide Labels setzen auf hochwertige Materialen und gute Verarbeitung als Alternative zur Massenmodeschmuckproduktion. Bei We Bandits bestimmt die Mischung das Bild: in einer Vitrine, extravaganter Schmuck, auf zu Kleiderstangen umfunktionierten Ästen, Kollektionen von südkoreanischen ModedesignerInnen, hergestellt von fair bezahlten NäherInnen in Mikrobetrieben.

FAINA and AURIS KU are two young Viennese jewellery labels. FAINA by Faina Willenig combines radiant material aesthetics with unaccustomed wearability. By using featherlight materials that are the product of cutting-edge technology, she creates elegant one-offs with a form-conscious proximity to art and pop culture. With a focus on small batches in various formats and materials, AURIS KU by Nadine-Auris Kunisch is modern, minimal and suitable for everyday use. Both labels insist on high-quality materials and good workmanship as an alternative to the mass production of fashion jewellery. At We Bandits the impression is that of mixtures: extravagant jewellery in a vitrine, collections by South Korean fashion designers produced by fair-paid seamstresses in micro companies on branches repurposed as clothes rails.
